Shipping F.A.Q Within Malaysia
- All orders will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment notification received.
- All shipments will be processed from Monday - Friday (we avoid shipping on weekends and eve of Public Holidays to avoid lost shipment).
- We will update your order status to "SHIPPED" once goods are sent out.
- All product prices published in our website EXCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES.
- All shipments will be handled by POSLAJU.
- From the date of payment received, your goods will reach you in 3-5 working days (within Peninsular Malaysia) or 5-10 working days (for East Malaysia).
Return and Refund Policy
- Any personal feeling or subjective reason is not eligible for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suit you or the end result does not meet your expectation.
- Colors difference from pictures displayed. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our webstore. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
- Customer doesn't like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
- Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel may damage the items to scissor or penknife cut and dirt due to dirty hand. Please be careful when opening your parcel.
- We will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
- All size and measurement charts serves as a guidelines only. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
- All item pictures may not be 100% accurate of colours due to different display settings.
- We will exchange because of the large area of damage, large stain or send the wrong item(s). WE WILL REFUND FOR THE COST OF GOODS, EXCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES OF RETURN/RESEND item(s).
- If your goods have quality problems with the above mentioned NO.8 , please contact us within 3 working days of goods received. We will not entertain any complaints/appeals to refund on the forth day of goods received as per stated in the courier delivered date.
