Return or Exchange Policy
We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there are problems with the items you received, we do accept return or exchange following our policy written below.
Items are returnable or exchangeable within 7 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.
Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items or wrong items received.
If you have make payment, and the product you ordered are out of stock, we will refund to you.
1. Important Notice
- Customers need to submit the request within 7 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 7 days will not be entertained.
- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
- Items must be returned in the original condition including taps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Items must be sent out from customer within 3 days upon successful request.
- Postage of return and replacement will be borne by NiikoCool Trading for the items with reason stated at "Returnable/Exchangeable" Section.
- Items can be exchanged with the same design and color only.
- If customer received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
2. Returnable or Exchangeable
- Sending the WRONG ITEMS from what you have ordered. (eg. wrong item code, size or color)
- Items that are terribly DAMAGED, or massively stained.
- Claims for exchange or refund must be made within one week of delivery.
- Please make sure the item is not being used and returned product must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags. Any used, scratches or damages caused by customers careless will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangable
- Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Sold out items are not available for exchange.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- Customer who posts the item back directly without notice will not be entertained.
- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out from its plastic and/or box packing).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Any free gift product and samples.
- In the event of dispute, NiikoCool Trading decision shall be final and conclusive.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders submitted to NiikoCool Trading online store are subjected to our acceptance. NiikoCool Trading shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.
We accept direct deposit and all major credit card and online banking payments applicable via NETPAY. NiikoCool Trading is not responsible for the errors, acts and omissions of the credit card companies.
All payments paid is not refundable or transferable. Any overpaid or extra balance will credit in the account for next order use.
4. Return or Exchange Prodecures
1) Please email to us. Provide us your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return. We will inform you once your request has been received.
2) Pack the returned product along with our acknowledgement email securely in a package that we can expedite your request. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
3) Send the returning items to our address as stated in our acknowledgement email.
4) All return delivery fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
We would recommend customer to use traceable courier service when returning the items. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels in connection to such returns and/or exchange.
5. Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund by deducting the original delivery fee, handling fee and 20% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our web site.
6. Parcel Loss, Damaged And/Or Parcel Not Receive
We do not responsible for any losses and damages of parcel once the parcel pass to the shipping company for delivery. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and check contents before acknowledge receipt. In case any lost parcel happen, we will provide the air way bill copy as a proof of delivery, and you may proceed to claim the losses with the related shipping company.
