We will then request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agreed to the revised price, order will be cancel and money will be refunded to buyer in full.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we have a 7 days return policy upon delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions;-
* We only accept returns on manufacturing defect, damaged goods caused during the delivery process or incorrect item sent.
* All item for return must be unworn, un-altered, unwashed, unused and have all tags (if available) attached in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
* Orange2u.com is not liable for return lost in transit; please ensure that the return parcel is package properly and you are encouraged to use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking system when sending the return.
* This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Orange2u.com
* Shipping cost for return is borne by customer.
Please contact us by phone (0163826882) and Email within 3 working days of receipt and provide description and photos of the damaged item accompanied with original packing and all labels attached. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date of receipt.

* Customer can do exchange within 7 days from date of delivery receipt with original packing and all labels attached.
* All exchange is subject to availability. In the event that the exchangeable item is out of stock, customer can opt for a full refund.
