Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or whatsapp (018-2670116) payment information and provide Order ID or necessary information: Item bought, size colour, quantity, recipient name, contact no, delivery address.
Item will send out the next working day after payment clear.

Normally 2 - 5 days.
Please understand courier company may need more time for delivery if heavy work load, this is out of seller control.
Due to bulk parcel pick up by courier staff, they may scan code immediately or late day. So we may not trace the item at the same day. Please be patient and try to trace the item at evening or the next day.

The shipping fee charged only for one time shipment. We shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery due to unattend/unavailable.
Return request: -
1. Only apply due to manufacture defect.
2. Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation).
3. Delivery costs to be covered by customer.
4. Seller will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.

6. Approved return item(s) need to send back to seller within 5 working days.
Goods sold are not returnable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any manufacture defected item(s).
Legging, Tank-tops, camisole, panties, socks, inner wear, slimming or shaper wear: due to these products are personal items and hygiene reasons, so strictly no refund and exchange. Exchange will only apply for prominent manufacture defects or incorrect item send.
No full refund in whatsoever caused. In Case refund needed, we only issue store credit in which you can use it to buy other products in our store.
The following reasons may not be considered as manufacture defects:-
- Minor stains. (especially light colour clothes) Stains are not larger than 2cm diameter.
- Minor treads fray at the end, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.
- Claims of the cutting or design of item is not good or up to expectation.
- Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
Other exchange exclusions:-
- Size issues – Measurement subject to a max 2-3 cm error tolerance or did mentioned in product descriptions, depending on the measurement method by individual or products batch.
- Colour issues - The colour of items on your monitor may be slightly different from the actual colour of the goods due to various reasons.
- Items worn or stained or applied with perfume, cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, dry clean or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.
- Legging, Tank-tops, camisole, panties, socks, inner wear, slimming or shaper wear are not exchangeable once its were worn tried on due to the nature of items itself.
- All exchange requests must be send to us within 3 days from date of received.
- We will reply your requests soonest possible, please be patient.
- Return or exchange items must be in new, an unworn, resellable condition with all original tags, accessoriesand packaging intact.
- Please provide appropriate evidence ie. photos and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Item(s) required to be returned within 3 days upon confirmation of exchange with us.
- Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us
- Delivery charges are non refundable (if any).
- For items that are eligible for exchange, buyers has responsible for all delivery charges except reasons of prominent manufacture defects and incorrect item send.
- Exchange item(s) delivery will only be processed once the incurred charges has been received and confirmed, and the returned items had been evaluated no damage or at its original.
- All packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchange will be ignored and buyers will need to bear further postage in order to send back the item to buyers.
