Currently we are only accepting payment via Public Bank, CIMB Bank and Maybank. We will provide our bank information after you confirm your order.Your payment can be made via transfer with Cash Deposit or Online Banking transfer into our bank account. Please provide us the bank name, bank transaction number, payment date and amount paid so that we can verify your payment.
We currently use PosLaju to deliver your ordered goods.
- Prices of all displayed items do not include postage. Your order will be processed daily excluding public holidays. Parcel will be sent out within 1-2 days (excluding public holidays) after payment has been cleared for ready stock, and within 2 weeks for pre-order goods.
- We will not be held responsible for errors made from ordering if you fail to double check before confirming.
- No cancellation of order will be accepted once your order is confirmed and payment cleared.
- We might delay your order delivery without any notice if need be, due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please note in your order form so we can try to accommodate special arrangement for you.
- If your ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you before sending out the parcel. You will have the choice of replacing the out of stock item, or to ask for a refund for the remaining money or put on hold the remaining money for your next order.
- After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number through email. If you do not receive your parcel within 3 days, please contact the courier company directly or you can get back to us.
- If you've provided us an invalid address or contact number and as a result caused the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will be charged again for delivery fees to the amended address.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange it for a full refund. You can return your order within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you. Please make sure the item has not been used and please retain the original packing. Any used items, scratches or damages caused by own careless handling will not be accepted. Also please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
If you choose to order additional items when makin a return/exchange, a delivery charge may be applicable to your order.
