Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order.

• You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Ecom Computer Centtre, either through the Ecom Online Store (www.ecomnotebook.com) or at any Ecom Retail Store, can be returned to Ecom. Ecom products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

• Opened software*

*You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
In every order transaction, customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

How to Return An Item
Ship your item back to ECOM
To ship your return item(s) to Ecom, sign in to online Return Page with your Order ID and all other details stated in the return page.

Bring your item to ECOM Store
You can always return the item(s) to any ECOM Retail Store. An Ecom Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate an ECOM Store in your area, please refer to the ECOM Retail Store Locator

Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
• If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a check from ECOM, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 10 business working days to receive your check from the time we receive you return.

Exchange an item
If you purchased your item from Ecom, you can take it to any Ecom Retail Store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling the Ecom Retail Store, or by viewing the product on the Ecom Online Store to see if the item is available for pick up locally.

Items ordered from Ecom Online Store that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to any Ecom Retail Store, or by contacting your nearest Ecom retail store.

Admin Fees
If customer have purchased the wrong item and request for an exchange, an admin fee is applicable to every exchange transaction, a min RM20 or more will incur depending on the total weight of items in one shipment.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, simple call or email us with your online order#. Please fill in all the necessary information stated in Product Return page and include your reason for requesting the cancellation. To ensure that your order is cancelled in a timely manner, your must fill in online return page and call us immediately.

If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.

If refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and typically take approximately 10 business working days on our end. Banks will take an additional 1 – 5 business working days to credit back the funds. Please remain patient. Contact us if you notice an extensive delay in receiving your refund.
