Delivery will be arranged after full payment received.
After payment confirmed, item will be delivered in 3-5 working days (exceptweekends and public holidays)
Please contact us if your parcel is not received within 5 working days after shipment. We shall not be responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipment date.
We do not responsible for any losses of parcel once the parcel pass to the delivery company for delivery. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and check contents before acknowledge receipt. In case any losses parcel happen or parcel not receive, we will provide the consignment bill copy as a proof of delivery, and you may proceed to claim the losses with the related delivery company.
If you receive a damaged item or a wrong order, please notify us with supporting picture within 24hours after item received and return the item back to us within 7 days.We will not be liable for any claims after the given times.
1. All sales are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.
2. All shipment of order will take 3-5 working days to process. For no stock item, we will try sending the item within the next 14 working days or refund / replacement will be offered to the buyer.
3. Good sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
4. Our sales team are not responsible for mis-selection of every item purchased by customer. Customer can consult them for advice but the final decision is on customer responsibility.
5. Please make payment and send us proof of payment (for offline payment method) within 24 hours from the time of order, failing which we reserve the right to reject your order.
6. Proof of payment must be either screenshot or picture of original receipt from online banking, cash deposit machine, or bank counter. E-mail confirmation will not be considered as proof of payment.
7. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. In the case of our system is being hacked, malfunction or description is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return full amount if payment has been made.
8. To avoid repeat orders and delay in shipping, please do not send the same order to multiple sales people.
9. For original product purchase from us and in need of warranty, we will assist to send the product to authorize service centre. Any negotiation regarding the warranty is between the owner of the device and the service centre itself.
10. We do not accept payment via PayPal, local cheque or international TT. We will not be responsible for payment using these method.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty period for local original phone set is 12 months.
Warranty coverage, policy and its length follows as what set by its principal.
Customer can send all their purchased original set direct to authorized service centre for warranty request purpose. Otherwise, customer can bring to our service centre and we will help send the item to the authorize service centre based on our schedule.
Please take note that warranty does not cover:
1. Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.
2. Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster or act of God. Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.
