IDEAL LED LIGHTNG PLT Warranty Terms

IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT. warrants its new, factory certified products and its parts against defects in material and/or workmanship during the specified warranty period. During this period, IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT will, at its sole option, will replace a defective product or part without charge to you. This excludes shipping back and forth.
This limited warranty covers normal usage only.IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT does not warrant and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service or parts, or the combination ofIDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT LED lighting products with other products. This limited warranty does not cover other products not fromIDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT.

1. Warranty period:
IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT warranted to be free from defect for a period of three (2) years from the date of their original purchase.

2.IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT liability under the limited warranty

a. Within the warranty period, IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT provides one to one replacement. In case the model is suspended,IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT will replace the similar grade and pricing item.
b. Within the warranty period, buyer bears the shipping cost back and forth for replacing the defective goods.

c. IDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to determine if damages are covered by the warranty

3. Exclusions - This warranty does not cover the following:
a. Problems caused by buyer operation.
b. Goods dismantled or modified without approval from Ideal Code Marketing. Goods replaced with parts that do not come from Ideal Code Marketing.
c. Loss of Ideal Code Marketings warranty seal on the LED Lighting.
d. Operation temperature exceeds the range of -40 to 70 degree centigrade.
e. Repair work done by unauthorized personnel withoutIDEAL LED LIGHTING PLT ;€™s approval.
f. Force Majeure and other act of God.
