Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept direct bank transfer (ATM or internet banking) with Maybank .

A: No. We do not charge sales tax on any item.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept PayPal at this moment. We are in the midst of setting up PayPal account. Therefore, stay tune.
Generally, we use courier services to deliver your order upon received of your full payments. However, we might deliver by hand if your are located between Kuala Lumpur area.

Warranty Return Policy
Q: How does your store warranty return policy?
A: All products sold by POWERSTORE.lelong.my carry the warranty as per manufacturer terms. Buyers would need to return the faulty parts to seller at buyers own cost. Upon repair / replace by manufacturer, seller will deliver back the repair / replace item(s) to seller, in the shortest time frame available.
Q: How long it take to return back the repair / replace faulty items?
A: It is subject to the availability of stocks by manufacturer as well as natural disaster, it should take between 14~21 working days to return back the repair / replace items.
Q: What are the procedure for buyer to arrange warranty return?
A: 1st, Buyer would need to inform seller through email or WhatsApp (contact info as below). Buyer need to provide full name, item brand, model ( capacity is applicable) and faulty symptoms. Upon indentifying the faulty, Seller would advise buyer a shipping return address.
2nd, Buyer are advise to inform seller on the shipping details upon sending out. This would ease the tracking by Seller. Seller would inform Buyer if the faulty items was not received after 3~4 working days.
Q: Does your store accept purchase return?
