1) Our Courier service is PosLaju.
2) Please ensure Receiver Name, Contact No. and Shipping Address is Correct.
3) PO Box address is not available to ship in PosLaju.
4) Orders will be processed within 24hrs. when payment received and will ship out during weekday except SAT, SUN and public holiday.
5) Delivery will be informed of courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details / SMS once order is shipped.
6) The tracking number can be use to track shipments through http://www.pos.com.my/pos/app1/service/sub_poslaju.asp or call 1300-300-300 for latest update.
7) Delivery update is sometimes out of our control due to address not found at time of delivery, location address error, public holiday or delivery workload of Poslaju.
8) Please contact us if your parcel is not received within 4 working days after shipment. We shall not be responsible for parcel unclaimed after 14 days from shipment.
All Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.
1) Upon Receiving items, if there is ANY damage/defect, please email us with supporting photo within 24hrs. of receiving items. Otherwise, No damage/defect item will be entertained.
2) Items returned must be in original condition together with accompanying packaging.
3) It MUST NOT have any sign of damage or misuse. Otherwise the damage/defect claim will become null and void.
