    Exchanging Policies

    The exchanging policy of Mars Mobile Distribution Sdn Bhd products is: Purchaser may exchange in 7 days after purchasing if the phone is not caused by human factors.

    Materials needed to show for exchanging product

    Users need to bring along their purchased warranty card, invoice or receipt issued by Mars Mobile Distribution Sdn Bhd and the products together.


    E-Purchase Policy


    • Every device came with a warranty of 1 year upon the date of purchase by the first consumer.
    • Accessories purchased are covered by warranty for only 3 months upon the date of purchase by the first consumer.


    Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

    We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.     Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless they are defective or damaged.


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to after confirmation from us.


    To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address after confirmation from us:

    Tingkat 1,No 25 and 27 Jalan Seri Warisan, 81900 Kota Tinggi, Johor.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over MYR100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
