1. How long does it take to deliver?

3. How our bicycle are packaged and assembled?
For ease of transportation, your bicycle will arrive approximately 95% assembled in a recyclable carton box . All you have to do is unpack and do simple installation.
4. How our accessories are packaged?
Accessories will be securely wrapped and packed or in recyclable carton box.
5. Are all items guaranteed in stock?
We try to update the website as often as possible to reflect out of stock availability. However, we will notify you if an ordered item is not available.
6. Who are our delivery partners?
Orders are shipped securely via Pos Laju, Skynet, ABX Express or GDex Courier. Our partners are just as dedicated as we are in delivering your bicycles and accessories to you as soon as possible.
7. What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charge depends on the total amount of the bicycles ordered as well as your location.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes, we will email the tracking number to you when your item delivers.
9. Can my orders be delivered to an office address?
Absolutely! Your orders can be delivered to an office address.

BillyBikeShop reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product. Not All Products are Returnable. Please contact us if you are unsure / undecided.
You can return purchases from us by mail or at any of our retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in an BillyBikeShop online store.
You must inform us at email@example.com within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. You must get approval/confirmation (via email) from us prior to returning a product.
For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original packaging which is unopened / unused / unassembled condition. we will confirm with you for the returning arrangement.
You are responsible for shipping cost as well as product damage/lost of the during the return shipping. You must ship and return the product to us within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation notice.
Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 10% + Shipping Cost (RM10 or actual shipping cost regardless FREE SHIPPING during the purchase, whichever is higher) may be charged on bicycles, accessories, parts and components.
For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to us for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
NOTE: You must include a copy of proof of purchases (receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns.
