• All sales are final and non-refundable unless the item is defective upon receipt.

• If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 days and deliver back to us within 14 days.
• Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as in original package.
• We offer 14 days return period, with buyer paying the return postage unless item is proven defective upon receipt.
• We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation for the relevant delivery company.
• Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.
• Policy on Out-of-Stock Items
  • Scenario 1:
    • All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
    • In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund in full to you for those items out of stock.
  • Scenario 2:
    • The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
    • In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
• Please contact us for investigation before you return the item to us.

Return Policy

7 days return or exchange policy

If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund.
All we ask is that the product is...

• not used
• in the same condition you received it
• in the original box and / or packaging

We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, that's why we also accept exchange (for item of equal or lesser value) if the item does not live up to your expectation or any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination.

However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

Return or exchange procedures

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.

In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, all at our expense.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 3 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
