We do offer combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight.
The easiet way to estimate the shipping fee is to add all the items into shopping cart and the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee according to your shipping address and product total weight.
Peninsular Malaysia: RM6 for first 0.5kg, addtional RM2 for every subsequent 0.5kg.
East Malaysia: RM10 for first 0.5kg, addtional RM5 for every subsequent 0.5kg.
System will automatically calculate the combine shipping fee and show on the check out page.
In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, seller would contact buyer for decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
- All sales are final and non-refundable unless the item is defective upon receipt.
- Customer satisfaction is always our priority and please contact us first if you meet any problems with your order before you leave negative feedback. We will assist you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling.
- Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God.
- Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.
- If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 days and deliver back to us within 14 days.
- Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as in original package.
- We offer 14 days return period, with buyer paying the return postage unless item is proven defective upon receipt.
- We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation for the relevant delivery company.
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.
Policy on Out-of-Stock Items
- All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
- In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund in full to you for those items out of stock.
- The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
- In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.

7 days return or exchange policy
If you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue a full refund.

However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, all at our expense.
