Shipping After Payment Is Cleared:
For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be posted out once the payment is cleared, which usually takes about 1-3 working days.
1) Courier/ Pos Laju: Upon shipping out, it usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery for Peninsular Malaysia, and around 3-4 days for East Malaysia. Please give us 2 - 7 working days from the time we ship out to you receiving the parcel.
2) Item may be delivered either by Pos Laju, Citylink, Skynet or Gdex courier service. Some couriers have limitations based on volumetric. We will use the courier which we deemed is most suitable.
3) Tracking information will be updated on Lelong once item is sent out.
You may retrieve the tracking number by logging in to your Lelong account and check the parcel status at the above website according to the shipping method stated inside our listing.
Note: Most courier company does not update the status online instantly, thus we advise you to check after 24 - 36 hours receiving the tracking number
If you did not receive your parcel within that time frame, please contact your nearest post office with the tracking number given to locate and retrieve it.
4) You might want to use your WORKPLACE address so that you/your colleague can sign and retrieve the parcel easily.
5) If item is out of stock, we will contact you and you may choose for a refund, replace with other item or wait for the new stock to arrive.
6) All items will be well-packed for shipping. We will check and test the products before shipping out.
Failure To Receive Item:
1) Seller is not held responsible for mistakes made by buyers/bidder if they provide wrong or incomplete mailing address, contact information etc
2) Seller is not held responsibility for any demage or lost parcel during shipping (Please contact the courier company or Poslaju if your parcel is damaged or lost for claims).
3) Delivery could be delayed due to addressee not around, address is incomplete, public holidays or delivery workload of Pos Malaysia. Therefore, we appreciate your understanding and patience that it is beyond our control on the delivery time.
4) Please ensure that your name, shipping address and contact number are correct. If the item is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address or some other reasons, the shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer will have to pay the postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address.
