    Order Cancellation

    Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non-refundable.

    If you decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct a minimum of RM15.00 from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.



    Our Policy on Out of Stock Items

    Scenario 1:

    All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.

    In this case we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

    Scenario 2:
    The product was already out of stock when you made the order.

    In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives. However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.

    Back Orders - Occasionally, one of the products you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, you will always be emailed with the option for you to cancel your order or change your order should you prefer not to wait. You must therefore provide us with your e-mail address when ordering. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware that you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.

    Refund Policy -

    • Refunds will be given at the discretion of i-Pmart's management.
    • For you to receive your refund, you can expect a timeline between 14 - 30 working days upon refund confirmation. This is a standard internal procedure that is taken at i-Pmart to ascertain accurately the reason of the refund and the processing time between departments.
    • We will refund you the full amount of the purchase excluding the processing fee / bank charges that was incurred for your purchase.

    Shipping And Handling – We will use GD Express for all the shipment. Orders will be charged packing and post based on the weight of the order. Packing and post costs will be added to your order total. Please note that due to varying size and weight of our products, and different postage rate to each country, the postage and packing costs will be calculated on an individual basis. Once your package has been shipped out, we shall not be held responsible/liable if any of the products are missing or damaged during shipping. i-Pmart recommends that you insure your packages and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in shipping. Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address.

    The shipping cost that you paid does not includes tax and duties or any other extra charges impose by your local custom.

    Manufacturer Warranty

    1. All warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase from i-Pmart website.
    2. Warranty period is 1 Year. However, based on the specific item or element of the equipment, the warranty period is further elaborated as per table below:

    3. Warranty shall follow as stated by the Manufacturer, which you will find along or inside the product’s packaging. In general, it does not cover the following instances:
      • Damage to equipment / accessory / part is or has been caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper testing installation, adjustment, operation, maintenance, alteration or modification of any kind.
      • Caused by spillage of food or liquid hazard
      • Damage caused by fire. flood, voltage fluctuation, faulty installation
      • Damage caused by user error or fault, whether accidental or intentional
      • All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed areas that are scratched or damaged; this includes dents, cracks, chips, indentations etc.
      • Phone is rooted or "jail-break" by user
      • LCD screen cracked
      • Sticker / hologram sticker / warranty sticker on phone has been defaced, removed or damaged. Warranty will be considered void.
      • Phone is modified by user in manner that is beyond manufacturer’s compliance
        Equipment must be sent to the designated and approved Service Centre. If sent to other service centre, the warranty will be considered void.


    Warranty Terms (i-Pmart)

    Product(s) sold through i-Pmart are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and from or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.

    If you need to return product(s) back to us for warranty, please contact the Customer Relations at customercare@ipmart.com.myOR http://www.ipmart.com.my/main/myaccount_send_message.php Please ship back the product(s) to the respective shipping branch in the original packaging with any accessories as advised by the Customer Service Support. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.

    If the returned item(s) is not faulty after checking, a minimum amount (RM20.00) of administration fee will be charged and you would need to bear for the return shipping cost.

    For international sales order, the customer needs to bear the return courier charges and any other cost incurred.

    All the Double Twelve and Christmas Promotion items are not covered under i-Pmart Warranty.


    1 to 1 Replacement

    i-Pmart offers free "1 to 1 replacement" on all products items for the first 7 days upon receiving of goods (on manufacturer defects only).

    All the Double Twelve Promotion items are not eligible for 1 to 1 Replacement.



    Return Policy (Applicable to Malaysia only)

    Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have requirements for processing a return.

    You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

    The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification

    • Returned item must be shipped back to us within fourteen (14) calendar days or report to our customer service team within 2 days after the item is received. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.

    • The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list.
