Once you have received a notification email from lelong.my regarding the confirmation of your order. Click the link provided in the email.
You will reach the page shown below. Click the 'Other payment methods' option as shown in the picture below.
Two options will be displayed below the link you had just clicked.
Click the 'Pay Directly to Seller' option as shown in the picture below.
A list of our lelong.my approved bank accounts will be displayed below the options you had just clicked.
Transfer the payment into one of the bank in the list and capture the screen once the transfer is successful. Or write down the bank account number in the list, deposit the payment at a nearby ATM machine and take a photo of the transaction receipt.
Upload the screen capture or photo to lelong.my before you press the submit button.
We provide Combine Shipping for all products except those on AUCTION.
Shipping handling charges are calculate according to Poslaju or Skynet official rates except those on AUCTION.
All orders with payment cleared before 3.00pm will be send out on the same day (except Saturday and Public Holiday).
Poslaju or Skynet tracking number will be update to lelong.my system once the parcels are sent out.
Customers should be able to track and trace their parcel at the respective courier portal after 7.00 pm.
Lead time for delivery via Poslaju and Skynet courier service is 2~3 business days. Most of our customers receive their parcel on the next working day after the item was sent out. Parcels sent out via PosDaftar service will take 3~7 working days to reach your doorsteps.
