We accept combine shipment.
Orders will be shipping out during working days, which are Monday to Friday except public holidays. Orders that are placed on weekends, public holidays or public holidays eve will be processed on the following working day.
We will send out the order by using courier service or Pos Ekspres as stated in the ad.
After payment confirmed, the order will be shipping out within 3 working days from our warehouse.
Tracking number will be updated within 24 working hours after shipment made.
Please allows 5-8 working days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 8 working days, please notify us as soon as possible.
We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay delivery, such as high shipping volume. In these situations, we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you the estimated delivery date.
We shall not held responsible for lost or damage of the item during delivery by courier service or Pos Ekspres.

If the item you ordered is out of stock/unavailable, We will contact you via email, pm, or phone. (Please MAKE SURE your contact detail is updated). You may cancel the order and request for refund or waiting for replenish.

All out of stock/unavailable items will not be fully refund if you pay using Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CimbClicks, PBB, HLB) or Credit Card via NetPay, because NetPay has charged seller 2.5% (Internet banking) to 3.5% (credit card). Thank you for your understanding.
You have paid RM100 via NETPAY using Internet Banking.
RM100 - 2.5% = RM97.50 only will be refunded.
You have paid RM100 via NETPAY using Credit Card.
RM100 - 3.5% = RM96.50 only will be refunded.
Products sold are strictly non-refundable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchange/replacement within 7 days from the purchase date only when the item you purchased is:
Damaged/defective/malfunction - When received before used
Incorrect/wrong item - Not the product that you ordered
We DO NOT ACCEPT exchange/replacement of the following products and reasons:
Changed of mind from buyer
Products that are retuned more than 7 days from the purchase/receipt date
When product/component/free gift is used, lost, destroyed or damaged
Products with warranty activated
Products with opened adhesive/seal packaging or original packaging missing
Software, Prepaid simpack, reload coupon or online topup
Food and beverages
Cosmetics and supplement products
Products with a limited period of use
Socks, underwear, swimwear, swim caps
Clearance products and Free gifts
The products were a special order to your specification.
In case you have opened the adhesive/seal packaging for warranty products, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card if there is any or contact us immediately.
Before returning the products, you must notify us with order ID, date of purchase, product name and reason for return via email or whatsapp, and wait for our acknowledgement. We will not process your return or exchange request without early notification.
The item returned must be sealed in its original, unused, unopened, undamaged packaging, with all packaging/tags intact along with all accessories and documentation (including user manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received within 7 days from the purchase/receipt date.
Buyers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items returned are packed securely and sealed properly.
For exchanges, buyer is responsible for the cost of returning, as well as any price difference in the exchanged items and the additional cost of shipping the exchanged item. The shipping fee is non-refundable at any circumstances.
The returned products are subject to verification. We reserves the right to limit and refuse exchange.
Warranty claim is strictly for hardware defect/problem due to manufacturing issue only.
Warranty strictly subject to terms and conditions stated by manufacturers or suppliers.
Kindly keep your full packaging, invoice/receipt/delivery order or warranty card for warranty.
Please note that buyers are required to pay both way (sending in and returning) shipping fees for warranty.
There would be some service charge imposed when buyer request to send in warranty on behalf of them for products over 1st year warranty. For instances, a memory card with 5 years warranty will be entitled to have service free for the 1st year only.
We do not provide any warranty for open box, refurbished and used item.
Warranty are void if seal are broken. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cut cords, scratches, physical defects, loss or theft, damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, damage over water, opened cover, knocked and broken or other non-manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover cartons, carrying case, cosmetic parts, free gift or any other accessories used in connection.
