STEP 3:
Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received. Tracking number
will be sent to your email address. More than 90% of the delivery reached our customers
the next working day.
Remark: Please be informed that the courier process is fully handled by gdex. A
tracking number will be provided. No cancelation of purchase will be entertained after the goods are

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that is defective out of the box, we will happily replace your product without any cost to you. All defective returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that you decided against or it is not what you needed and is unopened, you can return it for exchange or refund* within 14 days of receipt of product.
