How to Mount?
Instructions for fitting the TV HOLDER For PS4 CameraTo fit the TV Clip to your HDTV, it is best to adjust the TV HOLDER to your HDTV without having the For PS4 Camera attached the TV HOLDER,.
1) Take the TV HOLDER, pull the back arm and down and place it on top of your HDTV with the front hook gripping the front of side your HDTV
2) Adjust the back arm of the TV HOLDER so that the back arm is firmly up against and griping the backside of your HDTV.
3) If you have a thicker TV, you can adjust the fitting by pressing the back set of tabs on the TV Clip inward and pulling out of the extension arm.
4) Once the TV HOLDER is adjust and firmed on your HDTV, remove the TV HOLDER from your HDTV.
5) Press the front set of tabs the clip inward and place For PS4 Camera onto the TV HOLDER to lock it.
6) Place the TV HOLDER with the connected For PS4 Camera on top of your HDTV, Do a final check of the TV HOLDER back arm to make sure it is still firmly against the backside of your HDTV and securely in place.

Courier Service : Usually the courier company will takes 1 - 2 working days for delivery after shipping.

Our RMA department collegue will then provide you a RMA number, whether it is Case A) faulty or Case B) you dislike it, as well as the ship to address.
Case A) - As for any suspected faulty unit, customer can ship back the item to our address given (at buyer cost). We will test/check or send bank to supplier to test/check the product and if confirm faulty, we will claim from supplier for FOC repairing or replace good unit for replacement and we will ship back the repaired/replacement unit to customer. We warrants to the buyer of the product that the hardware is free of defects in material and workmanship.
Case B) - As for dislike item, within 14 days you ship back the item to our office (at buyer cost). After we receive the sent back item, we will refund 85% of the product price (15% order cancellation fee).
