For West Malaysia

Livestock, for example shrimps and fish ; RM25.00 for 1^st kg, RM18 for every additional 1kg

Shipping Fee for livestock included Foam Box , Icel Gel and DOA policy.

For East Malaysia

Livestock, for example shrimps and fish ; RM35.00 for 1^st kg, RM26 for every additional 1kg

Shipping Fee for livestock included Foam Box , Icel Gel and DOA policy.

Notice

Due to Lelong's auto confirmation order system, every customer who needs to purchase  livestock is required to purchase additioanal  ITEM named as SHIPPING FEE FOR LIVESTOCK.

SHIPPING FEE FOR LIVESTOCK includes foam box, ice gel and also DOA policy

We will NOT send out the order for livestock if the order does not include SHIPPING FEE FOR LIVESTOCK.

DOA Guarantee

We provide DOA (dead on arrived) guarantee for all the livestock we shipped.
Any casualties claim must be made within 24 hours upon goods received.
A clear picture showing the quantity of the casualties is need before unpack the breathing air bag send it to XXX-XXXXXXX
We will not liable for any casualties claim if no picture are presented or exceed 24 hours.
We provide 100% refund for the casualties but exclude postage fee.
Buyer need to top up the postage fee for goods to be re-delivered as per request.
