Procedure of death on arrival claiming
1. customer will need to take a photo of the lifestock while it's in their container (plastic bags)
2. any claim after 24hours upon arrival will not be entertained
3. We will not responsible on any damaged lifestock/plants if there's any delay due to buyer fail to receive the parcel on time.
4. If damaged good quantity is very small, for example 1 or 2pcs, we will consider refund of the damaged goods excluding paid postage fees to your account.
