All shipment within Malaysia is handled and shipped Gdex,A local courier service which take usually one working day to arrive in Peninsular Malaysia and up to two working days in East Malaysia. All shipments are pack and sealed in a standard Gdex Delivery Schedule: Ready Stocks Items will be shipped out on the same day if payment is in by 5pm. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typo error, or an error in pricing from the management, or any error in item description, or through any form of miscommunication, Saveall.com.my shall have the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Saveall.com.my reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders regardless the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
In the event that payment has been made, Saveall.com.my shall refund the amount received for the rejected order.
Saveall.com.my is not liable for typo or graphic errors in any of our advertisements, website, emails or promotional messages.
Upon sale, returns, refunds or exchanges for any product are not accepted by us. All products sold are final.
Items that are deemed faulty would be replaced within the stipulated warranty period.
All brand new game titles, be it packed or not, would not be entitled to exchange or refund. Pre-owned discs are entitled to a week or seven (7) days warranty from the purchase date. However, we reserve the right to reject any exchange or refund if the pre-owned disc returns in a condition that is unplayable through misuse.
Due to the feature of the product, Playstation Network Codes, iTunes Gift Cards, Xbox Live Points, Wii Points Card or any other products requiring a registration of a product key (i.e Game cd key) would not be liable for a refund.
Saveall.com.my will not be liable for any issue arising upon purchase of a title. These include computer systems not meeting minimum requirements, online billing issues or any other technical difficulties beyond our control.
Saveall.com.my will be permitted to contact you via all communication means including, but not limited to, calls, email and SMS.
Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:
The product is damaged in delivery
The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
Does not fit
Customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not fit
The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:
It is within Seven (7) days from the delivery date
You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list
The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
All sealed items must not be opened
