All orders are checked for damaged before shipment. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the garment, please contact us within 5days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return or exchange.
Lingeries, leggins, bra and all accessories item are not to be returned or exchanged.
Item are unsatisfied include: item in the wrong colour or size, item with manufacturing damage, wrong item was place.
Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with following requirement: *Garment that have not been washed or used in any way. *Garment that are in the exact condition as when purchased with the original label attached.
The cost of returning the item to EQ is your responsibility.
Buyer must provide proof of the postage like tracking number and EQ address indicated on the returned parcel.
