Warranty: 1 month manufacturing defects warranty
The lelong offer is not a real time inventory system, stock quantity and color may not be available at specific time frame, e.g. stock A is finished on Monday, while waiting for stock replenish on Friday, an order of stock A is placed on Tuesday. In order to avoid any misunderstand in making an order, kindly call in advance if the specific parts are available.
Warranty & Return Policy:
Parts are subject for warranty period stipulated as abovementioned for manufacturing defects, e.g. touch screen not functioning or cable not connecting, etc.
Warranty void if parts are damaged by customer negligence in whatsoever manner, e.g. mistake during installation process, etc.
No return or exchange if customer make wrong decision in purchasing parts, e.g. purchasing touch screen W500 for tablet W510, etc.
Goods sold are no returnable, No testing period allowed, e.g. buy a LCD module to test if it is LCD defects, if not, ask for return and refund, etc.
For warranty claim item, customer bear return fee (back to our base) while we bear courier forward fee (send to customer base).
We engage POSLAJU as shipping agent.
Daily shipping cut off time is 2.00pm, any payment must be made & cleared before 2.00pm. Any order confirmation after 2.00pm should be shipped out on the next business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Selangor public holiday).
Shipping / courier fee is : RM10 (Peninsular) or RM15 (Sabah/Sarawak)
We will wrap item (touch screen / LCD module) with bubble bag in solid carton.
Tracking number / consignment number will be given to customer for tracking purpose.
We could solve almost 95% of any IT (laptop / tablet / smart phone) problem(s) in our base. 5% could have to request technical help from our affiliate partner(s).
For end user, we advise customer not to be try-and-error to solve your technical problem without hands on experience. You may suffer greater monetary lost from your mistake.
If you are doubtful about your problem, just make a phone call to us or perhaps send to us for the peace of mind problem solving. We have computerized standard operational procedure (SOP) in place to explain, guide and quote you accordingly.
We provide problem solving service in standard manner (all enquiries will be same procedure), taking parts from you, random price charging and cheating is not our motto and policy.
