Please enter the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Should the customer enter the wrong address, QP Dian does not responsible for any item lost or will not re-send the order.

Kindly check your items ordered carefully, if there is any defect, kindly notify us within 3 days. We will try to replace the item if there is stock available. If run out of stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to send to you. If no stock available, refund of full payment will be made.

We will only send out the replacement item after receive the returned item. The courier cost for send back the item to us is to be borne by the customer.

5. We will ship out your item within 3 working days. A notification will be sent out to you after delivery via email/SMS.

6. We ensure all items are in good order before delivery. Please report to us any defect via email within 72 hours from the time of receipt. Any report after 72 hours will not be entertained.

7. QP Dian reserves the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion and will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of the right.

8. Any order cancellation by customer needs to be done within 24 hours via email and approval of cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

9. It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods returned are properly packed to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. The returned items shall be in its original conditions.
