Product Availability:
1. All products are ready stock. If there is any event of non-stock availabiltiy, we would inform the buyer directy.
Postage:
1. Products will be inspected and will be bubbled-wrap or nicely packed before postage.
2. Any damage during postage will be bear by the buyer not the seller
Warranty Claim:
1. Warranty are subjected to manufacturer defects
2. No warranty for cracked tempered glass or creased or folded screen protector or products during postage
3. No warranty for tempered glass or screen protector which have been opened or installed before.
4. if customer has ordered the items wrongly, the buyer need to bear for the two way postage fees.
5. Replacement product will be given (Same Model) if the product size is not suitable for the selected phone model after the buyer return the original defect product to the seller. Replacement can only be done within 2 weeks after purchase. Any claims after 2 weeks will not be entertained. The postage is bear by the buyer.
6. No warranty will be given unless stated.
