Pls cross check with us before placing an order to ensure we have ready stock on the item you would like to purchase to avoid any unnecessary delay.
Pls inspect the item receive in-front of the courier personnel to make sure item receive is in good and working condition. DO NOT sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) if the parcel seal had been tampered or wrong item had been delivered. Immediately contact us to protect your interest. We would not entertained any claim after the Proof of Delivery (POD) had been signed by the customer.
PLS DO NOT remove the protective seal on LCD display or touch screen panel before it is tested on the device. Buyer should test/inspect the functionality of the LCD display or touch screen panel for any crack, scratch, dead pixel or discolouration once received the item. We DO NOT entertain any claim once the LCD display or touch screen panel has been FULLY installed onto a device or mishandling of the LCD or touch screen during the installation that resulting damage on the item we sold. Item will be fully tested and undergo necessary QC test before ship out. Pls get a well trained technician for installing the replacement part onto your device.
Return Policy:
One (1) month warranty will be given on the ITEM purchase from SENANG DIY Store, not the whole unit of your device.
Damages such as bent, crack, scratch on the LCD, touch screen panel, ribbon connector is considered as mishandling by the customer, SHALL NOT ALLOWED for return.
Items is FULLY installed onto a device WITHOUT prior testing shall not be claimable.
For successful warranty claim item, we shall pay back the courier fee to the buyer.
For purchasing wrong item, we shall NOT pay back the courier fee to the buyer.
Items SOLD on SENANG DIY store require some technical knowledge during the installation. Pls get a train personnel for the installation if the buyer do not know how to do it. Damages arising during the installation is not claimable nor returnable to SENANG DIY store.
