DO NOT bid or order if do not agree to our Terms Conditions included (Payment, Delivery Policy) Terms. We shall not accept any changes or make any refund once the items has been ordered or purchased.
Due to the monitor color saturation or camera setting, the color of the actual item may be varied slightly. Some of the pictures or photos shown are for reference. Due to stock selling fast, we shall have the right to exchange the current displayed color to another color but the functions are still the same unless buyers requested for a specific color.
Our working days are 6 days a week and will inform buyers in advance if we do have any off days. During working hours, we will reply any kind of your enquiries. So if you do not receive any reply from us within 24 to 48 hours, please send your email or sms again. It might due to internet connection problem in our area or caused by any technical errors.
Buyer must make the payment within 1-3 working days after order an item. Any inconveniences, the buyer MUST email us to inform when the payment can be made so that we can consider whether to resell, reserve the items or re-arrange for the next batch of new order stock to be arrived. Else, the deal shall be cancelled and the item shall be released without prior notice.
As we are the supplier, our stocks are often selling fast and also may facing re-order stock shipment delays from our supplier or factory. So to some of our buyers who have done the payment (after 3 days) may have to face out of stock problem. Thus, the buyers will be informed to wait for few more days for the next batch of new order stock to be arrived or exchange with other models (follow the current item prices) or we shall return the payment to our buyers.

- All purchases will only be delivered upon full payment and clearance either via bank transfer or credit card payment.
- The shipping fees are calculated according to the weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. The final shipping and handling cost can be calculated from the Shopping Cart and shipping cost is final.
- Deliveries approximately will be made within 3-7 working days (exclude weekend) from the time of successful order if stock is available. In instances where there are special requests, delivery lead time will be subject to availability but Super Style will keep customers well informed of their status of order.
- Shipment to FELDA area is only by Pos laju. Please be alert and select according. We may amend your shipping selection and fees if you are wrongly select. All related cost shall be settle before any shipment.
To ensure the safety of your goods, we strongly suggest that you open your shipment for inspection at time of delivery before signing for it. If you find the following during inspection
- Damage: You shall refuse to take delivery of the shipment and lodge a complaint with the courier service company (e.g. Poslaju, TNT Courier Services) and Super Style;
- Missing item or wrong items in shipment: when signing for delivery you may list the names, quantity and other information of missing items and lodge a complaint with the courier service company (e.g. Poslaju, Courier Services) and Super Style immediately after signing for the shipment.
- Return of goods will not be entertained except in cases where goods were damaged during transit. In such case, You shall refuse to take delivery of the shipment and lodge a complaint (refer item 5).
- In the event of a returned product that was not damaged to begin with after inspection by our relevant supplier, shipment fee to re-deliver the item to the said customer will be borne solely by the customer.
- Super Staley operates on a first come, first served basis in terms of product availability. If an item purchased is out of stock at the time of payment, Super Style shall either refund you in the form of Store Credit or Cash after deducting out applicable discounts if any.
- Product modification is subject to availability and is only changeable if the parcel has not been picked up for shipment. Difference in price will have to be topped up prior to confirmation and shipping. Should there be a refund instead, Super Style will either refund you in the form of Store Credit or Cash after deducting out applicable discounts and payment fees. Parcels that have been shipped out can no longer be modified.
