Upon receiving your order and confirmation of payment we will process your order within 24 hours an have your item shipped out soonest possible. In an ideal scenario you should receive your goods within 7 working days from the date your payment is made.

Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment. The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct. If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
Buyer will be solely be responsible for any missing items, accessories upon delivery of parcel. We will not be responsible for any missing items, goods, product during the transit of delivery. Insurance is available only on special request and buyers will be charged 3% of items total value.
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving date with a photo as evidence. We encourage all consumer to test the product thoroughly within the 24 hours.
All we ask is that the product is:
- not used / sealed set
- in the same condition you received it
- in the original box and / or packaging

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Plan B error, a restocking fee of15% + Shipping Cost(RM10 or actual shipping cost, whichever is higher) may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package, and on software that has not been downloaded if the software is delivered electronically. Buyer will take full responsibilityof the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping, thus is advised to use insured courier shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to us within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
All warranties are provided by the manufacturer, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products due to manufacturing defects within 1 year from the date of purchase, kindly get in touch with product manufacturer.
However, if the product bought is import product, which we import directly from oversea supplier in order to offer product at lower price with good saving to our customers. We will pay all responsibility for the cost to repair / replace an import product at our own cost, only for the reason of manufacturing defects within 1 year from the date of purchase when warranty claim / repair is needed.
Damage claims depends on the damage during delivery. One to one exchange only applicable to total loss damage. Other than that, item will be repaired by the respective manufacturer.
