We are using PosLaju for our delivery.
Please ensure your Name, Shipping address and contact number is correct. If the item is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address provided or some other reasons, then the shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer will have to pay the postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address is updated.
Note : PosLaju service do not ship to P.O.box address.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time of payment received and will be sent out during weekday and Saturday except Sunday and public holiday.
Monday to Friday
Delivery normally take 1-2 working days for addresses within Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak.
For inter-bank or GIRO payment, the order will only be posted out once the transaction of payment is cleared which usually takes about 1-3 working days.
Customer will be informed of courier tracking number viaLelong Update Shipping Details / Email / SMS once order is shipped. (PS: Most courier company does not updated the status online instantly, thus we would advise you to check after 24 hours receiving the tracking number. )
Delivery update is sometimes out of our control due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address error, public holidays or delivery workload of PosLaju.
Although we want you to receive your items as fast as we can but we still will 100% inspect our product by our in house experience QC (Quality Controller) before we ship out.
If item is out of stock, we will contact you and you may choose for a refund or replace with other item or wait for the new stock arrives.

Pricing Error Policy
If we found any errors on the price for any items listed in Lucyhong Networks Enterprise, we reserved the right to amend the price of the products even the order has been paid. We will request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agreed to the revised price, order will be cancel and money will be refunded to buyer in full.
Goods Sold are not Refundable or Returnable. Due to the setting and resolution of the monitor, the colour of the physical item might be slightly different with the picture.
All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days to prepare the product delivery after payment. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent out once item has been posted out.
Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself.
We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
Damages Missing Items
We will check and ensure all items are in good condition before send out.
If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, kindly email within 1 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 1 days will not be entertained. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packing via email (email@example.com). In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.
For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
Out of Stock
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time to time we may sell out situation for a particular item. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and you may choose for a refund or replace with other item or wait for the new stock arrives.
