All payment must be paid to the following account. (Cash Deposit Machine / Online Banking Transfer / Giro is preferable.) If you pay by cheque, the cheque need to be crossed and made account payable only. We will proceed the item after the cheque clearance.

5.Customer who made the payment please sent the payment slip to us within the office hours, Monday to Friday 10.00am to 7.00pm.Please write down the lelong order id, name and contact number,so that our company can process your order as soon as possible.
6.Customer who made order and didn't collect the goods within 30 days,our company will not keep the goods,while the deposits and payment will not be refund and will dispose the related goods.
a)Processing duration date will be stated in every post. (Note: Working days based on our working hour, public holiday and weekend is not calculated in our working day)
b)Our cut off time for artwork submission and confirmation is 3pm (Mon - Thursday) and 1pm (Friday). Order and payment sent after the cut off time will be considered next day order and will be processed on next working day. **Ready stock item will be sent out on the same day if payment made before 3pm**
8. ARTWORK ISSUE
a)We will not responsible for any misplacement / spellings or type error on customer's artwork,we will only follow exactly the files given by customer.
b)We will not responsibe for any misplacement / spellings or type error on customer's artwork that design by us once the customer confirm the order. (Please check the artwork and spelling carefully before giving the comfirmation to us.
