Shipping and Delivery
How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to authorize the payment of your order.
How many days does it take for my order to be delivered?
For delivery within major cities, it usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver your order within Peninsular Malaysia areas. Meanwhile, it takes about 2-4 working days to deliver a parcel from Peninsular Malaysia to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 3-5 working days for delivery.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
I have ordered several products, will they be delivered in a single time or will it take several deliveries?
It depends on the location where these products are fulfilled from. When you order several products in a single transaction, these products may be currently stored at different locations domestically and internationally. Consequently, their delivery schedule could be different.
Can I choose the exact time of delivery?
It is not currently possible to choose the exact time of delivery.
Will the delivery courier assemble / install my product?
Our courier partners are not allowed to assemble or install the products that you ordered, due to warranty restrictions.
Do you deliver everywhere in Malaysia?
Most of the products offered by 91 LOADING can be delivered anywhere in Malaysia except Free Trade Zones and P.O. Box addresses.
Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
At the moment, we only accept orders for delivery within Malaysia.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier is here to deliver?
Whenever our courier partners attempt a delivery but there is no one at home, they leave a card in your mailbox or under the door. Please contact the phone number listed on this card to discuss alternative delivery and pick up options in your area.
How can I track the status of my order?
If you are a registered customer, at any time, you can check the status of your order online at any time. Please sign in with your email address and password, and click on ‘My Orders’.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is listed in each email communication that you have received from us regarding your order.
Do you deliver to my office address?
Yes. Please provide your office address as the delivery address during the check-out process.Remember to indicate the company name in the address, otherwise our delivery partners may not be able to access the premises. Once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
Do you deliver to University or College Campus address?
Yes. Your order will be delivered to the administration office or the mailing room. Please provide your university or college campus address as the delivery address during the check-out process. Once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
Do you deliver to Free Trade Zones and PO Box address?
Not at this time.
Most orders can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery if they are incorrect, damaged, or defective:
- Incorrect:The item is not the item that you ordered. Model, size, or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
- Damaged:The item is found already damaged at time of delivery.
- Defective:The product does not function as described by the manufacturer’s or merchant’s specifications.
Any item must meet the following conditions to be returned:
The item must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days after delivery (as evidenced by the postal stamp).
- Item must be accompanied by a Return Sheet, which should be obtained from Customer Service and printed.
- Item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Item must not have been used or installed.
- All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our experts can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the item(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement item(s) within 5 working days.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
