Petroleum jelly also known as Vaseline, Petrolatum, Paraffin wax or multi-hydrocarbon, is a semi-solid mixture of hydrocarbons (with carbon numbers mainly higher than 25), originally promoted as a topical ointment for its healing properties.
After petroleum jelly became a medicine chest staple, consumers began to use it for many ailments as well as cosmetic purposes, including toenail fungus, genital rashes (non-STD), nosebleeds, diaper rash, and chest colds. It is recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as an approved over-the-counter (OTC) skin protectant, and remains widely used in cosmetic skin care.

How much is shipping price?
The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping area and weight / dimension. To find out how much is the shipping cost, just add the items that you would like to buy into your shopping cart and proceed check-out. The shipping cost will be calculated after you have entered your shipping address.
Can I do combined shipping?
We accept combine shipping. When you buy more then 2 items, system will automatically calculate the combined shipping cost, which is definitely lower compare to order separately.
When will you ship out my items?
Your order will be process after payment confirm. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing. We will provide tracking number once your parcel is pick-up by courier service.
When will my order arrive?
Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, we will provide you tracking number by email once the courier service pick-up the parcel. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.
Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 working days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
Which courier service company you use?
We ship through Poslaju / ABX / Skynet / GDEX / Other Courier Services, which ever offer lower price with good delivery service.
What if your stock is not available?
Usually it will NOT happen. But in case in the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, seller would contact buyer for decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.
Who will be responsible for the Risk of Loss once item ship out?
We will try our best to secure the parcel and send through reputable Courier Service Company. All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are passed to you upon our delivery to the courier service.
