Delivery Service

We ship out all items by using Pos Laju courier service except if there is any special request from customer.After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.Once the payment is settled and confirmed we will ship out the items as soon as possible and you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days and for East Malaysia within 2-4 working days.We charge minimum RM7 for west Malaysia and RM10 for east Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) as postage fee for every single order.Postage fee will increase with quantity and weight of the products to be shipped.(Please refer to our delivery charge schedule for full information)

Cut Off Time

Our delivery cut off time is at 2pm on every working day.All payment made and confirmed before 2pm, the items will be shipped out on the same day.For the payment made after 2pm,will be shipped during the next working day.No shipment will be done on Saturday,Sunday and Public Holiday.Normally items will reach you within 1-2 working days and for Sabah and Sarawak within 2-4 days.Slight delay might happen for rural area in Sabah and Sarawak or during the peak time.In case, the item not delivered in stipulated time frame,please let us know via email (snapid_malaysia@yahoo.com) as soon as possible.

Tracking and Receiving

Customers can track their parcel on the official website of the courier (Pos Laju) using the tracking number provided by us once the parcel is shipped out.We will send you the tracking number by mail and sms.When receiving the parcel, customers are to check the parcel before signing and receiving it.If the item is broken or faulty, please do not accept it and please contact us immediately.We are not responsible if the product is lost once you have signed the parcel.

How to return the product?

3. The reason why you want to return the products (Damage/Defective/Not as advertised/Wrong products).
4. Any photo to support (not compulsary)

We will verify and reply your email within 1 working day and then you can return back the product to us for exchange or money back.If you choose for exchange we will exchange the same product to you and if you choose for money back,we will give you credit for the amount of exchange where you can use the credit to purchase any products from our store.The cost of returning the products,delivery of new products and RM2 handling charges must be paid by the buyer.We reserve the right for the final decision making.
