    We are currently shipping to Malaysia only.

    When will my order arrive?

    For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.

    Can I track the shipping?
    Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

    3. Item(s) being paid are non-refundable, can only do replacement with same item

    Refund Policy :
    1. Strictly non-refundable, can only do replacement with same item or other product
    with same or higher value. If same product runs out, other product with same or
    higher value will be replaced and buyer shall pay the difference.

    Customer can request for return/exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt if they are incorrect or defective:
