Extent of Warranty

Our projector lamp products come with 180 days warranty, covering problems due to defective materials or workmanship provided by Projector Synergy Sdn Bhd. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment and lasts for 180 days. Additionally, the warranty DO NOT cover products damaged during transit or installation.

Warranty Excludes

1. Improper installation and usage

2 Damage caused by misuse the faulty parts (including static discharge)

3. Product purchased incorrectly

4. Force majeure event such as natural disasters or wars

5. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification

6. Neglect, accident or modification, which have been soldered or altered during assembly

7. Unidentified /unreadable / missing serial number

8. Out of warranty
