All of our tape drives are Refurbished & tested drives that carry our 30 day warranty. What is included is what you see in the pictures. We do not include backup software, drivers, manuals or documentation. Please Verify this drive is compatible with your application before you purchase it.

All of our items are clean and tested and carry our 30 day warranty. If we are listing more than one unit you may not get the one pictured. We ship fast and package items extremely well.

Warranty

All new items are either brand new or new opened, see tab below for more details.

All refurbished items are tested by our engineers, in the case of systems and parts, using OEM manufacturers standard software to post. Hard drives and tape drives are further tested with at least one or more of the following processes; Blancco, SMART test and or Raid Initialisation. Tape drives are further tested and at least one or both of the following, manufacturer software test and Back Up Exec. A genuine warranty with support during business hours AEST time is offered on all products including refurbished items.

Wrong Item Supplied:

Items must be returned in the original condition and specification as they were shipped within five business days. New items MUST be returned in the original sealed box – UNOPENED. Items must not be used, worn or damaged and in same condition as they were received, back into our warehouse. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and return of the item back to the buyer
