*Qubii device only work with Qubii App, the Qubii Pro App is not available for Qubii device.

Please make sure your iOS version is 10 or above.

*When the Qubii flash drive can not be recognized by your iPhone, please find us for help. The issue may come from microSD card, lightning cable, adapter, iPhone or Qubii device. We will help you to solve the problems.

*If you want to backup iCloud content, please follow the steps in below to turn on the features in Qubii App settings.

1.Qubii app > settings > Backup items > Backup Camera Roll > Turn on“backup iCloud content” feature

2.Qubii app > settings > Backup items > Turn on “Download using WiFi only”

After turning on all the settings, photos from the iCloud will be downloaded to your iPhone or iPad and then backup them up to Qubii automatically. Please make sure your iPhone have enough space on your iPhone to store the photos from iCloud.

*Standard package doesn’t come with microSD card. Please get the microSD card from trustable seller and select the brand with good reputation to avoid the fake microSD card.

*In order to backup all the photos in camera roll, backup time may take longer. If you want to disconnect the power, please click “CANCLE” before unplugging the cable.
