True Wireless Stereo (TWS), completely wireless design with individual left and right channel and HiFi sound. Both the left and right earbud are Bluetooth enabled and can be used completely or used as one pair.

OPERATING INSTUCTIONS

Power on and Pairing:

1. Tap the charging case power on button
2. Open the charging case and take off the earphones, then earphones will auto power on and get pairing with each other. (The auto power on function works when charging base button is pressed.)
3. Pair with the device: turn on Bluetooth in the device, search for “RS FREE AIR” and connect it.
4. Put earphones into charging case, the earphones will auto power off.
5. RS FREE AIR can separately connect to the device.
6. The earphones will auto power off if no pairing within 5 minutes.

Touch Button

Switch the songs:

Quickly touch the left earphone “L” 3 times to switch to the next song; quickly touch the right earphone “R” 3 times to switch to the previous song

Volume:
Quickly double-touch the left earphone “L” to turn up the volume; Quickly double-touch the right earphone “R” to turn down the volume.

Answer phone calls:
Touch the left earphones “L” or the right earphone “R” once to answer incoming phone calls, touch again to end the call.

Playback:
Touch the left earphone “L” or the right earphone “R” once to pause, touch again to play.

Voice assistant:
Long touch the left earphone “L” for 2 seconds to voice assistant.

Power off:
Long touch both earphones for several seconds to turn off the earphones.

Problem Solutions

1. What to do when the headset cannot be turned on?
   Please charge the headset first to make sure the headset is fully charged.
2. What happens when the headset and phone cannot be paired?

Please check if the headset is in Bluetooth pairing mode and check if the phone’s Bluetooth search is enabled. If there are too many Bluetooth device connected to the mobile, clear some of them and then research.

3. After the headphones are connected to a computer or a mobile, do you hear different sounds?

Please check if the computer or mobile phone output channel is set to Bluetooth audio device and whether the computers BBluetooth supports A2DP protocol; check the deviice’s volume as well.
