Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons
1) If the payment is not received
2) Standard shipping to remote areas is subject to our logistic partner’s distribution network and delivery scheduling.
3) If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery. Should this happen, courier service will reschedule the delivery.
Courier Shipping Policy
1) Our appoint courier company delivers to all major cities and states in Malaysia. However, we aim to deliver your orders to you according of your shipping options.
2) We shall aim to let you know if we expect, if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
3) Please note that it might not be possible for the courier company to deliver to some locations.
If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.
4) All risk in the goods shall pass to you from the time when you receive your goods, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the goods.
5) You must take care when opening your received goods so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
1) To track your order, please use the tracking ID provided in My Lelong account at once when your items have been shipped out.
2) You may check your shipment through Skynet website at Trace and Track. You may log to this link https://www.skynetworldwide.com/services/track-and-trace/ to check the status of your goods.
Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. Refer as below.
1. Please keep a copy of the courier's Consignment note, Tracking number or Order ID as reference for warranty.
2. All products are covered with warranty, further details may refer to us.
3. Product warranty for repair/replacement may take 3 to 8 weeks, because the faulty unit is being return to the distributor/assigned service center.
4. Warranty do not cover 1 to 1 exchange, burn, mark, lightning strike, water, during courier delivery or any physical defect/damage caused.
5. Warranty do not cover modification, personal repair or excessive over-clocking results in malfunction.
6. Certain products may require manually registration by the buyer.
7. Please note that buyer are required to pay for the shipping fees when sending-in warranty/warranty return.
8. Extended warranty by manufacturer or distributor after the first year, if you send RMA to us, it may have extra charges.

Order Cancellation Policy
1) If you decide to cancel your order, E Cube Trading shall refund you your payment. Please e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Unless, we didn’t received any payment from Buyer for 5 days working day, we, seller will cancel the order.
2) All order cancelation must be prior to shipment to E Cube Trading Store Department
3) E Cube Trading shall refund you the balance after deduction of the administrative charges of 5% of product price or minimum RM50 whichever is higher.
4) All refunds will be issued to you by Online Banking within one month period
5) Once your order has been shipped out of E Cube Trading Store Department, you are not able to cancel your order. We will not refund your payment even if you return the goods to us.
6) **For special case, as buyer wrongly buy the goods, refund are acceptable with firm reasonable. The refund payment will take 4-5 weeks as we will transfer the sum amount.
1) Returns are accepted only for incorrect items shipped by E Cube Trading (M) Sdn Bhd
2) You are responsible to contact us within 24 hours from receiving your incorrect or defective items.
3) You are responsible to ship the return goods back to us within 3 working days with the original invoice.
4) The right goods or replacement goods will be delivered to your doorstep at no cost.
5) For products older than 7 days, you will have to ship the product to E Cube Trading for warranty claim at his/her own cost.
6) E Cube Trading reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of the goods.
