How to Return

Step 1 : Drop us a simple email to [Returndep@youmiki.com.my] and provide with reason of returns with items pictures attached to the product / Call our ReturnDep at 03-XXXXXXXX

Step 2: Our Return Department Experts will investigate on the case within three (3) business days and reply with a RETURN ID if the return is valid, else we will contact you for reason on invalidity for the return.

Step 3: With the RETURN ID from the Return Department, You may proceed to courier the items to the following address [You will need to pay the courier fees, and will be reimburse with promotion code upon items return]:

Youmiki's return and refunds policy allow for item(s) return which allow to be in either one of the two options:

1) FULL Refund (Invoice Price exclude shipping)

2) Replacement of Item(s).

  • The item(s) must be in New Condition and with Original Packaging along with all the accessories stated in the packaging
  • inclusive of manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authentication and others.
  • The product must NOT have been used / installed / had any data inputted
  • All Sealed Items must not be Opened.
