We accept CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) payment term for some items and places.
We also accept online transfer and cash deposit:
Kindly send us the payment slip and provide us your details to firstname.lastname@example.org after the payment has been made as we will not send out the item if we do not receive any payment slip.
Please take note that all payment and transaction will not be refund after the payment has been done.
We will only deliver the item after received payment or notice of payment has been sent to us by lelong.com.my.
We will send out the item by our own delivery team in Klang Valley to provide the fastest and best service to our valued customer.
However for other outstation places, we will use the fastest courier service like GDEX and Ta-Q-Bin deliver to customer site.
Please check below Terms and Conditions before placing your order:
1. All goods and items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
2. Delivery will take around 1 – 3 working days once payment is made (depends on location). The tracking number will be updated to customer once the item has been shipped out.
3. Delivery is only within Peninsular Malaysia.
4. Price stated are all in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and excluding of postage.
5. Buyer should unseal and check the goods first before signature when receiving parcel.
6. Once the tracking number show "Consignment has successfully delivered", buyer cannot claim for physical damage warranty (we will consider it as user damages)
7. Seller will not responsible for any lost or damage during the delivery.
8. Seller will check and do the best to make sure the item in good condition and no physical damage before send out.
9. Once buyer make payment, it means the buyer accept all the terms and condition and warranty policy.
Warranty and Return Policy
1. We accept return if item is defective upon received.
2. Upon receiving the items, if there is any defect/damage, please call or email to notify us within a day once receiving the shipment. Otherwise NO defect/damage claim will be allowed.
3. Used item or damaged item is not allowed for return or claim. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.
4. Buyer will have to pay for the return shipping fees (defected item), seller pay for the replacement of delivery fees. The returned item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out. The returned item MUST BE SENT BACK IN WITHIN 7 DAYS, otherwise it’s not applicable for return or claims.
5. Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event of your equipment that has to be serviced, repaired, warranty or returned. The buyer holds the responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
6. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
7. Seller will not responsible for any lost and damaged during the delivery by courier service. All claims of damage / lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
8. The warranty may not applicable or void if:
(a) All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel or the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible or the model or serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
(b) This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non-compactible hardware and etc.
(c) This warranty does not cover customer self-physical damage.
(d) Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
(e) If customer unable to provide the proof of purchase.
