In most cases, we ship immediately. Make a payment before 10am, we will ship the item on the same day (apply on working days only, exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday).
We suggest you to use Netpay because it is easy, fast and secure. No need to update the payment information because Netpay will do it automatically for you ;). It will appear almost instantly. For first time using Netpay, kindly disable popup blocker for Netpay first (need to do only once).
For Bank in/Transfer Kindly allow one working day processing time for Inter Bank Payment.
For Bank In payment, the shipment will only be process after the payment is cleared.

Unless specified on the item description, we use POS Laju for all deliveries. Expect the delivery time between 1-3 working days. It may take more days depending on your location, holiday, festive seasons load and etc.

The tracking number will be updated in lelong after the shipment took place. If you register your phone number to lelong.my, most likely you will get an automated shipping notification via SMS. Kindly allow some time before it appears into the POS Malaysia system.
Kindly make sure you or your representative is at your home/office for delivery. If no one is available at the delivery point, the postman will leave you a note and you can collect at the designated post office stated on the note.

Unless specified on the item description, all items come with 7 (Seven) days warranty for return starting from the day of receive the items for DOA and manufacturing defect cases only, which need to be reported to us immediately. Please retain the invoice for warranty. We offer replacement or refund (if item is out of stock) for the return item. The return item must be returned in a complete package. Please note shipping charge is non-refundable.
