Warranty terms and condition :
LCD / DGITIZER TOUCH SCREEN need to be tested before installing.
After installing (screen protection film torn and adhesive applied) or flex cable demaged ,there is no warranty .
We operate a 7 days return period as explained below.
1. All the products on sale from Mobile One Stop Distributor have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know via phone/email/msn.
2. Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 7 days will be replaced.
3. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
4. To return or exchange an item please securely wrap and package it
5. We recommend that you use Pos Laju / Skynet or other courier service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
