We prefer payment via internet banking which you can do with any bank account that you are holding. Meantime, we are in the process of applying NetPay which is Lelong's approved payment processor.
Due to the fact that we are a fully online shop, we do not accept COD.
There is no specific to which courier we are using. We might use different courier service at different time subject to various factors during the time of shipment. Anyway, we have set a standard rate on the shipping fee which is auto-calculated by system based on your shipping address and weight / dimension for your shopping convenience purpose.
And we allow Combined Shipment to save your shipping fees if you buy multiple products from us at the same time.
Shipping fee will be automatically calculated by the system after you add all items you have selected into the shopping cart. Basically, the fee is calculated according to your shipping address and product total weight.
Below pls find the general shipping fee base on rate:
1st 500gram: RM7, additional RM 1.35 for every subsequent 250 gram
Sabah and Sarawak:
1st 500 gram RM10, additional RM 2.75 for every subsequent 250 gram
(1) We will provide you the awb / connote / tracking # and the website link for you to trace your parcel. If you do not receive your parcel 3 days from the date you obtained the tracking #, pls contact the courier service directly.
(2) Take note that we are not able to decide the exact time the courier agent will reach you but generally, they will usually deliver within office hours from 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri. There is no delivery on Sat and Sun.
(3) Pls make sure your hand phone is always on and reachable just in case the courier guy want to call you.

Orders that are not paid within 24 hours from checkout will be automatically cancelled and items will be released back to market listing.
How To Measure ?
(1) Please refer to below measuring method during purchase. Kindly take time to understand the method to avoid misunderstanding on the sizes.
(2) Measurements stated on the product description are general guide for reference only. There could be a 0.5 - 3.0 CM variance to the actual physical real item.
(1 inch = 2.54CM)
(3) There might be 1 to 4 CM differences in the measurements in the product description versus to the physical product due to stretchable characteristic of the material. Please do check the measurement given in our products description and compare with your existing dresses for best fit.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Regret to inform that you cannot amend or cancel your order once you have submitted to us. Pls read and place your order with due diligence.
Q: Can I negotiate for discount?
A: All prices shown are NET and not negotiable. However, we are confident that our prices are among the cheapest.
Q: Can I go to your shop and save from paying the courier fee?
A: Sorry but we are fully online shop at the moment and do not transact offline.
FAQ's ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Q: Is all products Pre-Order?
A: No. All products are ready goods unless stated otherwise as pre-orders or others.
Q: Can I pre-order if it show out of stock?
A: No. You cannot place order if the products is showing out of stock.
Q: How long I will get my pre-order item?
A: Pre-order products are from outside Malaysia (oversea). The closing time for pre-orders is on every Monday. After the pre-order closing time, you can expect to receive your parcel within 14 to 21 working days (excluding weekends, Public Holiday, flight delays, or out of stock from the manufacturer).
FAQ's ON DELIVERY
Q: How much does postage and packing cost?
A: Shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the system. We have set a fixed rate to simplify the process in order to make your shopping experience more user friendly.
Q: How can I know the shipping fee of a products?
A: You can click on buy now button and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated by the system (by parcel weight).
Q: How do I know my courier tracking number?
A: You will receive email for the tracking number once we prepared your parcel. You usually cannot trace on the same day as courier service online tracking is not "live". You will be able to trace it the next working day.
Q: What should I do if I didn't receive my parcel?
A: For ready stock, you will usually receive it within 3 working days. If you didn't, kindly contact the respective courier service to check your parcel status.
For pre-orders, the normal lead time is about 14 to 21 days upon your order.
Q: If I order of products which consist of ready stock items and pre-orders items, how is the shipping managed?
Regret that shipping will be calculated separately as we try to automate the process with system, we cannot have them combined in one shipment. We will review this again in the future if improvement can be made.
FAQ's ON PAYMENT
Q: How do I make payment for my order?
A: You just need to proceed the order with NetPay (Lelong's own payment processor) to complete the transaction. It's safe and secure. There is no additional charge to you and you can use any bank to complete the transaction.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently, we only accept payment thru NetPay. But rest assured that you have nothing to lose since there is no additional cost to you.

Any defects occured during transit or shipping (especially for fragile items) is not covered under our refund or return policy where no refund or exchange is allowed.
(2) Exchange must be made within 48 hours after you receive the item. Exchange have to be mailed back to us within 3 working days from the day the parcel was received.
(3) Exchange can only be done if the item is in its original condition (all tags intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, completely free of frangrance etc.). We will take approximately 3 working days to process.
(4) We will reimburse the postage charges for incorrect or defective item sent to you.
(5) We will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.

(2) Send us a pm that you have sent the email to us.
