Once the transfer is done, kindly notify us by uploading the bank receipt to your order, we will then proceed your shipment once the payment has been verified.

NOTE:
a. Lelong charges extra 2.5-3.5% service fee of the total sales amount for every NetPay transaction, we recommend buyer to use Internet Banking (direct funds transfer), or Cash Deposit Machine to avoid charges.
b. PayPal charges up to 3.9% (local buyer) / up to 5% (oversea buyer) for service fees.
c. Payment clearance for cheque may take up 2 to 3 working days
d. Payment from third party bank may take up 1 to 2 working days

• It charges 3.5% service fee for every NetPay transaction
• For example
  Assuming, the total sales = Rm100,
  NetPay service fee (3.5% + 6% GST) = Rm3.71,
  Shipping fee Rm10 (+ 6% GST) = Rm10.60,
  Total Price: Rm113.78

·         P/S: If you pay using Credit Card via netpay, all out of stock item will not be fully refund because Netpay has charge 3.5%
example:
You have paid RM100. RM100 – 3.5% = RM96.50 will be refund only.
