• All Gamerztech Products that sold on this page(lelong) will fully covered by its menufature warranty.
• Warranty MUST BE claim with purchase receipt.
• We will arrange WARRANTY PICK UP from our customers at their OFFICE or HOUSE by using our delivery man.
• PM ME when purchased product problems occurs within warranty period , i will respone as fast as i can.
• (PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT PURCHASING AN INCOMPATIBLE ITEM ARE CANNOT BE EXCHANGE OR REFUND,OTHERWISE IAM THE PERSON WHO CONVINCE YOU TO BUY THE ITEMS,
• MOTHERBOARD CPU PINS BENT CAUSED BY THE END USER ARE TOTALLY NO WARRANTY AT ALL)

Q - Why my orders haven't been confirm, and what is the price of shipping fees?

A - Orders will be confirm when iam done with stock check from my warehouse, regarding shipping fee, i will quote you once iam confirm your order, normally a RM7 to 8 will be applied on a item which less then 500GM

(Please take note that all my items sold in lelong are not come with FREE SHIPPING,lelong bar will show free shipping due to it is a BUG that will make missunderstanding )

Q - Can i COD?

A - No , iam sorry. i don't meet up customers for COD(Cash On Delivery) due to too many FFK(empty promise)

Q - Where is your shop?

A - Currently Iam working in a warehouse where full of Forklifts its very INCONVENIENT to have someone come in for a VISITING, i will only meet customers who have a large quantity orders.

Q - Can i get some discount?

A - Iam sorry all my price are fair and already adjusted the lowest profit margin for my earns.

Q - When my orders will be SHIP?

A - 3-5 working days (after payment receive) already stated clealry on every single selling thread on my page.

IF your order are (SUPER URGENT/Expect to PAY NOW,GET NOW,GET IMMEDIATELY) - Iam sorry sir, i cannot fullfill your requirement, please give a chance to your nearest RETAIL SHOP or Others LELONG SELLER who can meet your requirement.

Delay will happen when there is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY or HOLIDAY(Sat and Sun), in malaysia most Postman don't work on these HOLIDAYs.so please don't get angry when your item was delay by those HOLIDAYS.
