1) How can I collect my items?
Unless you order and collect the goods from our store, we will deliver them in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. Redirections can be made for an extra postage and administrative charge but we will not be responsible for customers not responding to delivery attempts.
2) Shipping Tracking
Shipping tracking will enable customer to track their shipment via online with the parcel tracking number.
3) If buyer provided incorrect shipping address during the purchase.
Buyer need to contact our customer service or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to correct the shipping address. Additional charges might be charged to buyer due to incorrect shipping address or re-shipping fee.
4) What if my item is received in DAMAGED condition?
Have the driver note on the delivery paperwork that the item has been received in DAMAGED condition, and that you are REFUSING the shipment. The driver will then take the damaged item and return it to us. Once tracking shows the item as being refused, you can contact us and we will issue a replacement or a refund without being penalized in any way.
