    1. How long will my parcel take to be mailed out after my payment is being verified?

    We will mail out your parcel the next working day after your payment being verified. All goods ordered will be shipped by using registered mail, therefore, an email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

    Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays according to each different service providers. All parcels need to be signed upon receipt.

    You are advised to keep track your parcel with the provided tracking number via service provider web site (eg. Pos Laju) and arrange for re-delivery with post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. Please take note that, we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges (if any).

    We ask for your kind understanding as the dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, any damage, loss or faulty during delivery which beyond our control would not be under Pick Mes responsibilities.

    The goods will be verified by the QC team and will be packed in good protection before delivery.

     

    2. What is the shipping cost and delivery schedule within Malaysia and International?

    We provide domestic shipping in Malaysia. However, customers are advised to check with us the delivery availability for international shipping. ^^

    Delivery costs will be charged in addition according to weight; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost; unless there are any promotional events for customers according to each terms and conditions apply.

    3. Can I amend my order?

    Yes, you can, as long as you have not made any payment yet. Firstly, go back to your shopping cart to remove your item or amend the quantity required and then proceed to check out.

    Kindly note that no exchanges and refund are allowed after payment made, as we would ship out the goods according to the list of successful transactions. You may refer to the Return and Exchange policy (Section C) below for more details.

     

    4. Has my order been placed successfully?

    All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" and your email junk folder.     Sorry, we do not provide these options at the moment. We will be only accepting NetPay/ Bank Transfer/ Cash Deposit and item(s) will be delivered by registered mail. Please refer to the SHIPPING section for more details.

    C. RETURN and EXCHANGE

    1. Can I return or exchange my purchased item? What should I do if there is faulty/ missing item?

    Sorry, all items sold are non-refundable and only defected item may be return upon verification and approval. We accept returns for the following reasons only when:-

    a. Wrong items received
    b. Incomplete order
    c. Damaged/ Defective items received

    *Attributes such as measurement variations >0cm-3cm as a result of mass manufacturing, colour variance due to differing monitor/ screen resolutions, and difference in prints as a result of manufacturing process will not be considered as defects.

    Returns and Exchanges are based on a case-by-case basis and will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unused, unworn, unwashed). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all these conditions will be duly declined.

    Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

    We apologize for sending you any faulty goods (if happens) or incomplete order.

    Firstly, customers may inform us by sending email to pickme.general@gmail.com within 7 working days since the delivery date with the information below: -

    For faulty goods:

    1. Clear photo(s) of the full item and the defected part
    2. Description for us to understand better (We appreciate this)
    3. Customer Name, Contact No., Invoice/ Order No.
    4. Other information that you would need us to know


    For missing item:

    1. Customer Name, Contact No., Invoice/ Order No.
    2. Missing Item Name/ Code
    3. Clear photo(s) of the full package received

    We will then update your status by confirming whether the item is exchangeable and will need to return to us with guidance provided. Missing item(s) will be delivered immediately after verification and postage fees will be bear by us.

     

    2. What is your return and exchange policy?

    Returns and Exchange are provided for all items except sales/ promotion items, or any other items with remarks stated in the product page.

    Customers are advised to read through the description before purchase. Or else, all items sold are non-refundable, and returnable, unless the item is defected or have been delivered wrongly. Please refer to section C.1 for further details.

    Delivery charges for returning the item(s) to Pick Me will be refunded by us via store credit voucher. Please note that no cash refund provided.

    Store credit voucher will be sent via email to the respective customer and the voucher code could be filled while checking out for the next purchase. Therefore, kindly send us the delivery receipt to pickme.general@gmail.comfor necessary arrangement.

    Please also note that store credit voucher could only be used once and for normal priced item, not applicable for another return/ exchange, or with any further discounts.
